Shanghai Real Estate Science Research Institute
Shanghai Real Estate Science Research Institute is the first and largest science research institute in realty industry of the country, which was founded in March 1975 and subsidiary to Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Housing, Land and Resources Administration. Through 30 years’ development, the institute has become a multi-specialties and all- around research institute in realty industry, and boasts available professional facilities and advanced science and technology.
Since its establishment, the institute has fulfilled more than 230 projects and entitled with 21 ministerial and municipal prizes of advance science and technology as well as more than 90 prizes at municipal bureau rank, gained 21 national patents. The government incorporated our science research achievements in the decisions, policies, and codes, which have been applied to urban construction and management, building techniques and materials. In 1985, the institute was identified as one of the experimental units of the Shanghai research system reform of scientific and technological system. Since then, it has experienced many years of reform practice. The institute has established a number of research institutions including realty economics and building engineering technological research and business institutions including building quality control station, building design, building materials, building reinforcement engineering, and supervision of construction. They have accomplished respectively many important researches, consultation and construction projects for government and companies. The primary service includes: research and consultation of realty industry, auditing of realty economics, management, policy and code, and enterprises’ strategies and managing. Researches and services of the building construction technology involves technology, projects and the material manufacture of protection of outstanding historical buildings, the building detection (quality, environment and energy saving), the renovation of old houses, the building reinforcement, the buildings’ water proof and the energy saving. Entrusted by the Ministry of Construction, the institute conducts the readjusting the affiliations of technical standards of the national realty industry to facilitate management, and sponsors housing science with the Industrialization Promotion Center of the Construction Ministry. To serve the customers thoughtfully and provide the realty industry with the advanced technology is the sole purpose. By aggressive development, brave innovation and sincere cooperation, the institute is willing to contribute to the upgrading the science and technology of realty industry and serve better the people from all the societies. |
