As a Class A unit of survey and design of historical relics protection, Shanghai Real-Estate Science Research Institute covers maintenance and conversation of historic buildings, modern landmarks and excellent historical buildings, such as the complex of Caoxi Building, Miiddle Fuxing Road #471~473, Tower 2 of the Government Office Building of Luwan District (South Chongqing Road #139), the dormitory of the First National People Representative Conference of CCP (Taichang Road #127). The protective improvement design of the Orthodox Church recently completely is ongoing.
